Certificate Renewal

Halal approvals issued by ICC are valid for a limited period and must be renewed before the expiry date in order to maintain halal compliance.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that renewal procedures are completed within the required timeframe in order to maintain uninterrupted halal approval status.

Renewal Requirements

1. The approval issued by ICC is valid for one year from the date of issue.
2. Renewal applications must be submitted before the expiry of the current approval.
3. Applicants are encouraged to submit their renewal application at least two months before the expiry date.
4. Only consecutive renewal applications are permitted under the ICC halal operational scheme.
5. If the renewal application is submitted after the expiry of the current approval, it may be treated as a new application.
6. All renewal applications must comply with the current operational requirements and guidelines established by ICC.
